This method of teaching was in practice even before the registration and establishment of the NAPA. The printed materials containing political knowledge were dispatched to all the districts as well as other areas of the country by the management to distribute it among the people. Two lessons on topics of (1) UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (2) PRIMITIVE LEGAL SECTIONS OF PAKISTAN PENAL CODE (PPC) regarding the powers of the police to arrest a person, were highly appreciated.
